Best croissants in Santa Fe (real and not just cleverly-shaped bread)! Would've prefered they had carved from a ham shank rather than chop a slice of cold cut (into tiny squares) in their omelets.

Had to try this place after reading many positive reviews, and it did not disappoint. Mocha was really flavorful and the croissants were possibly the best I've ever had. They were perfectly cooked with perfect texture and flavor. The litany of other baked goods they sell look amazing as well, I wouldn't bet against them. Service was quick and friendly.

After stopping at two other places, we drove over to Mille and it didn't disappoint! Best brunch we had on vacation. Quiche was best I've ever had! Ate the spinach one. Salad was great and we had the club sandwich, which was good and savory but it only had ONE slice of ham. Still good, but for the price it should have had at least TWO which still isn't much. Not sure why they scrimped on that. Maybe it was a mistake so I am giving the benefit of the doubt. Cute place, very busy.

The restaurant is cute. You have to stand in line and be seated after you get a number. They don't take reservations. We had the mimosas. I do not recommend. We also had the cassoulet and Monte Cristo. The sandwich was delicious. The cassoulet was delicious but the lamb was a bit gamey. Everyone was friendly. We would definitely come again.

This was a stop for us on a road trip. Thank goodness for Yelp- so we don't have to eat at roadside fast food places, and get to find gems like this instead. Customers place orders at the counter and then take their number and pick a table, where your food is delivered. Water is self-serve- it was very cold and refreshing. We ordered the Nutella Crepe with strawberries. My son would've liked more Nutella on it, but it looked like enough to me. My fiancé and I shared a Brunch for 2 with a side of fries for him. The quiches were good and a nice-sized portion. The croissants were crispy, flaky, layered goodness. I would love to see a choice sweet replace 1/2 of the French baguette to round out the shared brunch. The hazelnut latte and freshly squeezed OJ were both good.

Very inventive lunch menu, nod to French...delicious looking pastries, wide array of coffees. We had a Normandy crepe and a croque Monsieur. Croque was best I've had in a long time! Great seating and you can even bring your dog if you get patio seating. But don't worry, it's not a doggie spot. Ours was the only one there. Counter ordering and they delivered to the table. All worked well.

Fun place if you can find it. A little tricky to find the parking yard. Place was busy, but we found a parking spot and headed into France. Ordered the Brunch for two. Very intriguing at $30. Two slices quiche, two 6" French stick portions with jam and butter, two Croissants and two bowls of coffee. We split the quiches - Quiche Lorraine and Quiche Florentine. Both were delicious; light and fluffy, and generous portions. Never did get to eat the croissants. Too full with the other offerings. Will save them for tomorrow when we hit the road for AZ. We sat outside under a covered roof, temp was comfortable. Indoor and open air seating available. Orders are placed at the bakery counter and brought to the table. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend without any reservations. Thought the fare was very good value given the pricing structure in Santa Fe. Good sign was cougars and young eligibles being courted. We were able to get a corner table and just observe the action.
